Win32 dll to compress files in the Bzip2 and Bzip3 format

What is new (Thu Nov 15 11:38:26 2007) : Added the new Bzip3 format, the new Bzip3 format can compress files up to 2^63 or 9.223.372.036 gigabytes and has also MD5 as the integrity check , also stores attributes and file time , the Bzip3 mode can be used with the functions CompressBzip3 and DecompressBzip3 , use the old Bzip2 mode only if you really need Bzip2 compatibility , the old Bzip2 mode has a file size limit of 2 GB , notice also that a Bzip3 file is not a Bzip2 and vice-versa , both formats has different headers , the Bzip2 header is "BZh" and the Bzip3 header is "RSPB", minor bugs fixed
What is new (01/Feb/2004 17:44) Improvement in the speed execution up to 20 percent faster than older versions , this improvement is the result of new Intel and AMD specific optimizations added to the bzip2 engine, added new CPU detection code , modified several internal functions for reliability , added more error handlings , fixed minor bugs , the upgrade is highly recommended

Ability to compress and decompress in the Bzip2 or Bzip3 format
- When Bzip3 mode is used the file size limit is 2^63 bytes or
9.223.372.036 gigabytes and save attributes and file time
- The control can pause , resume and cancel the compression and
decompression execution
- The compression code is loaded dinamically in the process
of the software using the control
- The control can provide progress information about the compression
and decompression functions
- The code execution is optimized for speed , but the original Bzip2
compression format is really slow to execute , future versions may have
a faster implementation of the Bzip2 compression format

- Just extract the files to an empty path and open the project in C#
