.Net library to play MP3 , MP2 , MP1 , MPEG-2.0 and MPEG-2.5 media files

What is new in version 2.7.3 (Tue Sep 06 19:32:31 2005) : Modified the mp3 engine , now it is using the same engine that the OCX version is using , now the pause and resume are instantaneous , the seek occurs in realtime also , minor other modifications
What is new in version 1.1.0 (8/1/2004 18:11) : Fixed delay to respond to pause and resume events , fixed slider position change after seek , fixed possible bug when unloading the internal dll , fixed the way used to unload the mp3 file , minor bugs fixed
Description
- This controls is using a high quality decoder engine
- Ability to play media files in the following formats :
MPEG 1 layer 3 ( MP3 ) ,
MPEG 1 layer 2
MPEG 1 layer 1
MPEG 2.0 ( sample rates 16000 , 24000 and 22050 Hz)
MPEG 2.5 ( sample rates 8000 , 11025 and 12000 Hz)
- The decoder engine is loaded dynamically in the process
- The decoder engine uses only integer calculations to decompose the MPEG file
- You can define what wave out device ( soundcard ) will play the MP3 file
- The control has support to Xing based VBR files
- The control can retrieve bitrate , samplerate , layer , stereo mode and the time of the
mp3 file as formatted string or milliseconds
- Future versions will have more features

Install
- This library don't need installation , just extract the files to an empty directory , and execute build.bat to create the executable
- In order to build .Net framework projects , you need the .Net framework SDK installed or Visual Studio .Net 2003
- The SDK is available in the Microsoft homepage
Uninstall
To uninstall just delete the files , it don't make any entries in the system registry and it is ok to be removed
